HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?

Our shipping policy offers Free Ground Shipping for orders over $150. For orders below $150, UPS rates will be calculated. Expedited shipping options are available at additional rates. Please note that there are exceptions to this policy for certain items and orders weighing over 100 lbs. Exclusions to the free shipping option would include items such as tires, oversized items, used parts, hazardous items, and others that may not be specifically named. However, we have partnerships with UPS and other freight companies that provide us with preferred pricing, allowing us to automatically find the cheapest rates for you. The cost will be displayed in your cart at checkout.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We pride ourselves on being fast! Most orders are processed same day and shipped as soon as possible. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mooresville, NC.

CAN I PICK UP LARGE ITEMS?

Yes, we offer the option to pick up larger items. We have adequate space for larger trucks all the way up to 18-wheelers and our shipping department has forklifts to lift heavy items for customers.
